I find it quite the bummer that the Farmer's Market was closed today. I mean, it would have been tight to go then make it to work by 11am, admittedly, but still ( Read more... )

So, got the patio cleared off, spent some time watching the neighborhood robins eat the displaced worms from under the rocks on the patio, then built a box out of scrap lumber. Its kinda scrawny right now, but as the potato plants get bigger i'll add more dirt & more slats... I'm hoping to get some potatoes by fall.
